1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and logging in to LazyTV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our streaming services.
2. Streaming & Screen Limits
We provide live TV channel streaming services under specific operational limits to guarantee network quality:
- Each account is limited to a maximum of two (2) concurrent active devices.
- Attempting to bypass screen restrictions or sharing credentials to stream on more than the allowed devices may result in automatic session kicks or temporary deactivation.
- Account credentials are strictly personal and must not be distributed publicly.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to the premium streams is provided on a prepaid, subscription plan basis:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end date assigned to your user account by the service administrator.
- Upon expiry, your account will be automatically deactivated by our cron system, and all associated active login sessions will be terminated.
- Refund policies are subject to individual reseller agreements or direct administrator discretion.
4. Prohibited Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in actions that compromise portal security or functionality, including:
- Scraping, capturing, or restreaming channel media links to external applications.
- Bypassing or spoofing connection request headers, rate limits, or CORS policies.
- Engaging in brute-force attempts on login fields or scanning endpoints.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The streams and services on LazyTV are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, stream health, or constant channel availability due to reliance on external IPTV source feeds.
